your human rights texts for instance. By relying on translators
experienced in the given subject matter for every translation, we

Quality Assurance
We are a member of the
National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators
(NAJIT)
We can receive your work in any format:
Web site, Html, Powerpoint, Quark express, Word, Excel,
PDF, Email
Quality Policy
We place the strongest possible emphasis on maintaining the high
standards of our recruitment and selection procedures. For us, it is not good enough for a candidate to speak a foreign
language or two, to be a native speaker and to have academic
credentials. All our translators must have extensive knowledge of
both their source and target languages. This knowledge must be
supported by a very good understanding of the cultural and
linguistic diversities that help to constitute a language
Our Quality mission: To eliminate the risks of translation errors
by investing in people with real skills.
The Project Manager:
The Project Manager is your representative at
ChinaMSTP.com. He/she ensures that we first understand and
then are able to meet all of your specific requirements. Alongside
fundamental managerial skills we expect all our Project Managers to
be fluent in at least two foreign languages
Working With Smaller Teams:
Our database contains over
1000 independent subcontractors. However,
we try to keep the translation team for a particular assignment to a
maximum of four people if it is a project and two for smaller
duties.
This ensures that there will be consistency in the translation, a
factor that is especially appreciated by our repeat customers.
Quality Process
◆ Stage 1: Briefing
We obtain the document(s) from you and the Project Manager assesses
the scale of the translation task..
◆ Stage 2: Quotation
We provide a detailed quotation for the work, including a breakdown
of the required translation/localisation services. We then wait for
your approval
◆ Stage 3: Delegation
We receive the source file(s) and the Project Manager assigns the
material to the appropriate translator or team . The first
translator works on your file. We communicate with you to clarify
issues such as terminologies.
◆ Stage 4: Review
The translation is sent to a second translator or team for review.
They proof-read the work then check for any inconsistencies that may
have occurred. We keep you informed of the progress of the project.
◆ Stage 5: Delivery
The Project Manager verifies the final work before release and
confirms with you that all expectations are met. Changes, if any,
are implemented after you have reviewed the files.
◆ Stage 6: Follow up
The translation is complete. All documents are kept in our database
for 1 year. We send you a questionnaire and await your feedback.
◆ Final Thoughts:Your Input
We believe there are a number of ways in which your approach to the
project can help or hinder our ability to serve you better.
Realistic deadlines: Give us the time to get it right, so we can do
it right.
Provide all supporting materials at your earliest convenience:
Unnecessary delays can easily be avoided by adhering to this simple
rule.
Clear description of duty: Try to be as specific and detailed as
possible on what is it you want to achieve. The more we understand
your needs, the better we can serve you.
Consideration of the target audience: This involves questions such
as: Is the target audience using French (France) or French
(Canadian)? Is it more likely to understand a local dialect or a
common language? Is it using simplified style of writing or
traditional?
Internal review: If you cannot do this yourself, it is advisable to
ask a friend or a colleague with language expertise to review once
more the complete assignment. The translation is yours and only you
should have the last say in terms of the work meeting your
expectations .
